Oat drink – do-it-yourself
Ingredients for approximately 1 litre
For the oat drink
- 50 g of whole grain rolled oats, gluten-free
- 2 – 3 dates, pitted
- 1 Ltr. Water
- ½ TBSP organic vegetable oil (neutral in taste)
- 1 Pinch Of Crystal Salt
- 1 nut milk bag (or passier cloth)
Preparation time approx 5 minutes cooking/baking time approx 5 minutes
The rolled oats into a high-performance blender along with the remaining ingredients for 2 to 3 Min. mix.
Then about a tank through a nut milk bag (or passier cloth) presses and the liquid in a closable bottle.
The oat drink is chilled, about 3 days.
