Oat drink – do-it-yourself

Ingredients for approximately 1 litre

For the oat drink

  • 50 g of whole grain rolled oats, gluten-free
  • 2 – 3 dates, pitted
  • 1 Ltr. Water
  • ½ TBSP organic vegetable oil (neutral in taste)
  • 1 Pinch Of Crystal Salt

In addition,

  • 1 nut milk bag (or passier cloth)

Preparation

Preparation time approx 5 minutes cooking/baking time approx 5 minutes

The rolled oats into a high-performance blender along with the remaining ingredients for 2 to 3 Min. mix.

Then about a tank through a nut milk bag (or passier cloth) presses and the liquid in a closable bottle.

The oat drink is chilled, about 3 days.
