Elizabeth Hurley Just Posted A Photo In A Yellow Bikini—And OMG Abs
Elizabeth Hurley has a ridiculous body for anyone at any age. (But reminder: She’s 53!) And she recently shared a photo of herself in a bikini that’s serious fire.
Elizabeth, who has her own swim line (naturally), modeled a bright yellow bikini on Instagram as she casually leaned onto a railing, trying to pretend like she’s not a total smoke show. “Here comes the sun. New #SunshineBikini at @elizabethhurleybeach #Summer19,” she captioned the shot.
And people promptly freaked out in the comments. “How do you look so fine,” one wrote. “You never seem to age,” another said. TRUTH.

Of course, Liz works hard to look that good. She previously told Women’s Health that her beauty secret is “making more time for exercise, eating nutritious foods, and taking the time to do relaxing activities.”
More specifically, she drinks two mugs of warm water first thing, followed by Greek yogurt with a banana and honey. For lunch, she usually has a bowl of vegetable soup, and for dinner, she tends to eat grilled chicken with “lots and lots and lots” of vegetables.”

On the workout front, she likes to do squats while she brushes her teeth, takes 30-minute walks with her dogs that are “fast enough to get my heart rate up,” and throws yoga and Pilates into the mix here and there.
Elizabeth also told The Cut that she “might do some stomach exercises or some bottom or arm exercises. I find it very hard for my schedule to regularly go anywhere else. It works very well for me.” And…that’s kind of it.

Overall, she just likes to exercise regularly and eat well. “I have my own organic farm so eat only my own meat and vegetables,” she told The Telegraph. “I buy everything else from a local farmer’s market and health-food shops. I eat very little processed food.”
Well, that all sounds so…doable. Somehow I’m guessing having Elizabeth Hurley’s genes doesn’t hurt either.
