Order or cook your favorite meal, do wild makeup even if you'll be the only one to see it, and have a dance party.
There's been enough drama already this year, even for a Leo.
The very last Mercury retrograde of 2020 starts on Tuesday, October 13, and ends on Tuesday, November 3. (Yes, Mercury retrograde ends on election day.) A Leo never shies away from expressing their opinion, and typically, you love drama. However, there have been enough theatrics already this year. We all knew a stressful election was ahead regardless of Mercury retrograde, but it certainly doesn't soothe any nerves. Set limits for your social media use that night. When you're done watching any coverage, make time for an electronic-free bath, or take out your phone but only to play your favorite music as you unwind with tea (or sure, something a bit stronger). You will get through this, and everyone needs your strength.
Leos must learn patience when it comes to personal matters. It's OK if your attention has turned to things other than your love life this year, and while it can be tempting to try and force romance into existence, sometimes what we need most is time for self-reflection. There's a new moon in Libra, the sign of justice and balance, on Friday, October 16, which is the perfect time to meditate. Give yourself time to process the events of the year thus far so you can move forward in all your glory.
Scorpio season begins on Thursday, October 22, encouraging you to go after your carnal desires. By now, most of us are looking for some sex-at-home to make stay-at-home more interesting. If you're partnered, this is the ideal time of year to try a new kink or fantasy. If you're single or separated from your partner, treat yourself to a new sex toy. And if you're ready to date, get your flirt on, but remember to discuss COVID-19 exposure in addition to the usual sexual health talks.
There's a full moon in sensual Taurus on Saturday, October 31, which is also Halloween. Whether your Halloween involves a small group of friends around a bonfire, a Zoom party, or a socially-distant picnic in a park, you deserve to celebrate. Dress up, eat candy, and have fun.
