"I can’t find a product on your site. Is there any way for me to order it?"
We’ll be happy to special order any product for you. In general, special orders take an extra 3-7 days for delivery; hard to locate items may take longer. "I notice that your site has a small cart and a full cart—why?"
The UWinHealth.com site uses advanced technology to provide a running "mini-cart" view on the left hand side of all shopping pages. This is done for your convenience to help you quickly see what items and quantities you’ve ordered. Clicking on the "View Cart" or "Checkout" buttons located at the bottom of the mini-cart will immediately take you into your full view shopping cart page. From here you can update, change, add, or delete items, submit your order, and perform a variety of advanced shopping cart functions.
"Once I put something in my shopping cart, can I take it out?"
Yes, it’s easy. Simply make sure you’re in the full cart view page; if you’re not, just click on the "View Cart" button located at the bottom of the mini-cart. Follow the instructions for deleting items by changing the quantity or clicking on the trash can icon next to the item. Remember, nothing is final until you submit your order.

"What information does MuscleMaster.com collect from customers?"
When you order from UWinHealth.com, we obtain your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information.
We use this information to ship your order to you and bill your credit card. We obtain your e-mail address and phone number in order to contact you if any questions arise regarding your order.
We also collect e-mail addresses and names voluntarily through testimonials, newsletter subscriptions and any contests we may run. This information is solely for our use, including the mailing of our print catalog or sending our VIP Specials newsletter.
Customers who wish to unsubscribe to a newsletter or be removed from the mailing list for our print catalog can simply e-mail us with that request at service@UWinHealth.com and put "Unsubscribe" or "Delete from Catalog List" in the subject of the message.
"Do you use cookies?"
UWinHealth.com uses a feature of your Internet browser to place a text file (called a "cookie") on your computer. This allows UWinHealth.com to store your login information and tailor your visit to our site, showing you the content most clearly matches your interests. "Do You Share Customer Information with Any Other Company?"
Other than information used by third parties to ship and process your order, no information is shared with other entities. If you give us your e-mail address to subscribe to one of our newsletters, only UWinHealth.com will use it.
"How do you ensure that information provided on the website is secure?"
Our web site has security to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. UWinHealth.com uses technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt any personal information you transmit to us over the Internet. It is encrypted on your computer and then decoded after it reaches our secure server – it cannot be decrypted during transmission over the Internet.
We use additional security for credit cards so that your credit card number is never transmitted in its entirety over the Internet. Instead, the card number is split so that some digits are encrypted and transmitted to UWinHealth.com and the remaining digits are posted separately to a secure server which requires several layers of authentication to access. This ensures that your sensitive credit card information is secure.
"Do you link to other web sites?"
Our website may contain links to other web sites. If you link to another web site, that site is not covered under our privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content on those websites.
"Can I remove my name from the catalog mailing list, newsletters, and/or contests?"
Yes, you may e-mail us at service@UWinHealth.com and type "unsubscribe" in the subject line of the message or call us at 800-800-9688 to remove your name from our customer lists.
"How can I remove my Membership Profile on your web site?"
If you have registered on our Web Site and would like to delete your membership profile from our web site database, please send an e-mail to service@UWinHealth.com and include your e-mail address and User ID.

"What forms of payment do you accept?"
At UWinHealth.com we will gladly honor the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We also accept payment via Money Orders Drawn in US Funds (Money Orders are immediately processed and shipped without delay), Checks drawn in US Funds (In order to maintain our low prices, it's necessary for us to wait for checks to clear deposit before shipment—please allow an extra 7 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause). UWinHealth.com will also accept domestic C.O.D. Orders (C.O.D. orders will be accepted where payment is made with a money order. There is an additional $6 fee for COD orders).
"I'm still a bit skeptical about online ordering. What other ordering options are available?"
The advanced security features of the UWinHealth.com site make online ordering extremely safe, but there are certainly other ways for you to place your order including:

"Do you charge sales tax on products purchased?"
We charge 7.5% sales tax on applicable products shipped to California.
"Will I receive confirmation of my order?"
Yes. After you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail notifying you that we have received it. The message will include information about your order (credit card information and numbers are NEVER included), a unique order number, and details for contacting customer service about your order should you need to.
"Can I return an item I purchased at UWinHealth.com?"
Yes, please call us during our normal business hours for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
"Is it safe is it to use my credit card?"
Your credit card information is completely safe. We use PayPal, which is a secure merchant account system that automatically verifies your credit card and makes the payment without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or information.
"How will my product be shipped?"
Your order may be shipped in multiple packages… Most orders will be received in 7-10 business days.
